We would highly recommend working with John. We have worked with John twice now – once to buy our first home, and then again to buy a new home and sell our current. We will also work with him again in another 7-10 years!
John knows his stuff. He also gets to know you and your needs, and is extremely attentive. It is all in the details, like checking in with us the day after we’d lost a sale to a higher bid to see how we were. I also think John could have easily let us buy a house sooner (and gotten his commission sooner, too!) but, knowing the neighbourhood and our needs, pushed us to wait for the right house to come along.
John is also really responsive. This is even more important now when the market requires some aggressive moves and quick thinking. Finally, John is always on top of all the details and communicative, and it makes the experience as stress-free as possible.
